"Nice feel, but the color was a bit underwhelming"
The packaging is really and the product feels nice when I use it, but I was a little disappointed with the color payoff. I’m usually careful about trying new makeup because I don’t want to spend money on something that ends up sitting in a drawer, and this one was kind of on the fence for me. I had to layer it quite a bit to get the shade to show up the way I expected. It’s not a bad product, just not something that really wowed me.

"Super cute and actually great quality"
I’ve ordered from The Creme Shop a few times now, i’ve been really happy every time. The masks feel soft and nice on my skin, not flimsy or cheap at all, and the skincare I’ve tried hasn’t irritated my skin. The packaging is adorable too, which is always a fun bonus, but what I really love is that the products genuinely feel good to use. Shipping was totally fine as well. I’d definitely order again!

I ordered from The Crème Shop the shipping was way faster than I expected. I was thinking it would take a little longer, but my package showed up a few days early, which was a nice surprise...
Everything was packed well enough, tracking updated like it should, and there weren’t any issues. Just a really easy order overall, and the delivery was quick, so yeah... happy with it.

I ended up checking out thecremeshop.com because the collabs caught my eye, and I’m not gonna lie, they’re really cute. I like when stuff feels fun and a little different, and the designs here definitely did that for me. The site was easy enough for me to browse without getting annoyed, which I always appreciate. I’d probably come back when there are new drops, especially if something matches my vibe...

I thought this cream felt really soft when I first put it on, and I was like okay, I might actually love this—well, maybe not love it, because after a bit it started feeling slightly sticky. It’s not bad at all, just not really my favorite texture.

"Adorable packaging, with one tiny downside"
The packaging was so cute right away, and even the box made me smile when it arrived. I do wish there had been a little less extra material inside, just because it felt like a bit much to deal with. But overall, it was a really sweet first impression and made the whole thing feel fun to open.

"My makeup actually stayed put"
I picked up a few makeup things from The Creme Shop and, honestly... I was happy with them. The blush blended out really easily, and the lip tint lasted way longer than I expected. The packaging is cute too, but yeah... the staying power is what really surprised me

I’ve ordered from The Crème Shop a few times now, the thing I keep coming back for is how gentle everything feels on my skin.
My skin gets red easily, so I’m always a little nervous trying new masks or creams, but the ones I’ve used didn’t sting, didn’t itch, didn’t make my face freak out. They just felt mild and comfortable, which I really appreciate.
Of course, not every product is going to work for every single person, but for me, so far, it’s been a really good experience. I’d give it 5 stars, for sure, for sure.

Ordered from The Creme Shop the tracking emails were decent. I got a heads-up when it shipped and again when it was out for delivery, so I wasn’t sitting around like a clueless idiot wondering where my stuff was. It did take a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but not a total disaster or anything. Overall, good experience, I just wish the tracking would move a little faster instead of being such a slow little jerk.

i mean, I picked up a few masks and the moisturizer, and after about a week my skin definitely feels softer. The red spots don’t look as irritated either. It’s not some overnight miracle, but it’s been working nicely for me

The refund showed up faster than I expected, which was nice. Customer service replied to my email in a normal, friendly way too, so I just don’t really have any complaints. It was a smooth process.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but my order got here fast and everything was packed really well. I was a little worried something might leak or get smashed, but nope, it all looked fine. Even the box was in good condition. Overall, I’m happy with how the delivery went.

I have sensitive skin, so I’m always a little nervous trying something new, especially because I’ve had random products make my face feel itchy or red before. I ended up ordering from The Crème Shop because my cheeks were getting so dry and flaky, and I kind of regret waiting as long as I did. Everything arrived without any issues, and I started using the moisturizer along with the masks a few times a week.
After a little while, my skin started feeling way more hydrated, especially when I wake up in the morning. It doesn’t feel greasy or heavy at all, just softer and more comfortable. I’m happy with it and would definitely order again.
